BUSINESS HISTORY

Our brother, Elias Fasolas, dreamed of bringing authentic Greek cuisine to the heart of the town he loved. In July, 2003, that dream became a reality when Greek To Go opened in the Smithpoint Plaza in Stony Brook, New York. Today, Greek To Go is still family owned and continues to carry on Elias' legacy with generous portions of the finest Mediterranean fare. Greek To Go is renowned for its hearty, traditional Greek food and its warm atmosphere. We have worked hard to keep tradition at the heart of our dishes. Our menu features a mix of classic dishes and Greek specialties that are guaranteed to please even the most discerning palate.Whether you are looking for a quick bite to eat on your lunch break or an quick and easy evening meal with family or friends - you are promised the same level of quality food and service that has earned us loyal customers for the past 10 years.
